December 2016

Dec 16: 171 Lbs
I comply very well with my zero sugar diet since couple weeks and it has been efficient. I note that I am more craving for proteins now, which is good. The challenge is to go through all the holiday season and beyond without touching sugar and over eating.....
My motivation:

Dec 17: 171 Lbs
Dec 18: 175 Lbs ! I had a big dinner, but even, I did not believe you could gain 4 Lbs (1.8 kg) overnight.... Apparently you can.
Dec 19: 173 Lbs I feel better, and indeed, it looks like bloating
Dec 20: 172 Lbs
Dec 21: 173 Lbs

December 2016

Starting very high. The weight is a disaster (more than 175 Lbs !), but my exercise routine is pretty good. Going to dance classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays night, to Pilates classes on Sundays morning. 
The way I see myself...
As soon as my position change at work, I will have access to the gym for free, with machines and barres. I don't know how I will do that, but I might go for a time of machines/gym, and a time for a barre.

Dec 3: 175 Lbs
Dec 4: 175 Lbs; Yes, there is no miracle overnight.
But I continue my intense exercises, dance and Pilates, and my coach told me I was in progress...Plus, I really paid attention this week-end and had a very good diet. I know the danger is this coming holiday Season...:(
Dec 5: 175 Lbs
Dec 6: 174 Lbs ! Dance class
I see progress in work outs and flexibility now. If I can only get rid of these 34 Lbs.....

Dec 9: 173 Lbs. I ate a lot of fruits today !
Dec 10: 172 Lbs
Dec 11: 172 Lbs. Pilates class
Dec 12: 172 Lbs
Dec 13: 171 Lbs. Dance class
Dec 14: 171 Lbs
Dec 15: 171 Lbs Dance class. I ate very light today (1000 cal) and we worked a lot the abs. Did not eat in the evening, only drunk water !
