I comply very well with my zero sugar diet since couple weeks and it has been efficient. I note that I am more craving for proteins now, which is good. The challenge is to go through all the holiday season and beyond without touching sugar and over eating.....

Dec 18: 175 Lbs ! I had a big dinner, but even, I did not believe you could gain 4 Lbs (1.8 kg) overnight.... Apparently you can.
Dec 19: 173 Lbs I feel better, and indeed, it looks like bloating
Dec 20: 172 Lbs
Dec 21: 173 Lbs
