I have been going through Passover over eating, then a Severe Flu with no appetite.
So, it ended with a slight loss of weight, and I should continue this way...
April 21: 174 Lbs.
April 24: 172 Lbs.I am dreaming of going back at least to 169 Lbs, where I look pretty normal...
