November 2017

November is the month of Thanksgiving and the beginning of the Holiday season. It is the time of the cold coming back, cravings for comfort food, hot chocolate and first Holiday, Hanouka food. Always a hard time for me.

November 1st: 182 Lbs
San Diego for a week (+2 Lbs, then -2 Lbs)
November 15: 182 Lbs
November 18: 181 Lbs (at last !)
November 23: 180 Lbs
Thanksgiving is gone and I have been very good ! no sugar or over eating and everything was quite healthy, the roasted turkey, vegetables, baked sweet potatoes, stuffed Brussels sprouts... I am very proud of myself. I know that I must not touch any sweet and everything will be ok. Also, I have been exercising a lot, and I think the slowness of losing some weight comes from changing my fat weight in muscle. I received a bunch of dance stuff, leotard, pointe shoes, warmers, ect... and it uplifts my spirits and helps staying on track.That is lovely :)
Next challenge is Hanouka, coming on December 12.....
November 26 : 179 Lbs !
November 30: 180 Lbs

Interesting archive....

I was curious to see the evolution of my wight along the years and I went to what I have recorded. Unfortunately, I could not access more because my previous blog was on a platform that closed and discarded all my data !!! Although I was furious, it was nothing we could have done. I have been too late for saving them in a new format. So I just got some history from 2015. I remember this slow loss of weight during the spring of 2016. I was feeling so good after ! I wish I can do that again and keep this weight in the future.
Since I started to dance again one year ago, I am suffering from these extra pounds, particularly on my belly.
