Starts at 176 Lbs. Some difficult time again, lot of stress, work load, and celebrations (my birthday!)
I slowed down my dance and exercise, feeling too exhausted physically and had a cold.
February 2: 176 Lbs
February 10: 176 Lbs
February 25: I do not dare weighting myself. I feel fat, old and ugly. I stopped recording my meals , weight and exercises.
I need some motivation from somewhere. Feel depressed ? I have no reason, really.
Little hope to be motivated again: I cooked today and prepared individual Tupperwares. Hopefully it will help to get back on track.
