I insanely gained weight over the months until I was 195 Lbs (BMI 32.5). It was really insane....I was in the obesity range and ready to explode.
I had my gallbladder removed on February 6, with a strict diet and melted until 178 Lbs today (BMI 29.6)
I basically do not eat much, control the portions and eat no fat at all, little sugar and no eggs (this gets rid of cakes and any sweet possible done with sugar, egg and fat) I still eat carbs, such as rice, potatoes, pasta, bread. But again I control quantities and eat whole grain. It helps not totally starving.
I will try to inform this blog about my progress and hopefully will be able to get to a reasonable place (would like to reach first 169 Lbs, I need to, then if possible, one day, 150; why not, I can dream of that)
