We are
mid-March, March 16, and I am 176 Lbs. I still feel very fat, even if my
shape is slowly changing and my clothes fitting better. When I get to
169 Lbs, I should feel more in a normal range...
March 31st: I am still at 175 Lbs, after a terrible plateau ! My body tries to adjust, and doesn't want to slim down any more. I went from a ~1200 kCal/d to around ~1400 kCal/d, I was too hungry continuing so low routinely. I also started reintroducing little fat and sugar, not much, but for a normal life. All of that just slowed down my process and I hope I can continue to lose those 6 Lbs first quickly !
