July to October 2019

The Cressendo Hell ! 
I went from 170 to...186 Lbs. 
My stomach is prominent, my ass, my thighs, my arms and my belly huge !
I hate myself when I see myself in a mirror. I cannot exercise properly, blow like a bull when I make an effort and I am sure I snore. I look ugly, fat, old. I do not fit in anything of course, except some big size stretch clothes.

I am not still completely motivated to start a serious program. I know the theory of course and the menus, the schedule, I know myself and what I like and what I should do.
But I feel like I suicide a little every time I eat like a pork.

So, I am in a pre-phase of starting readjusting and getting back on track. My next objective is -10 Lbs.
I will come back here soon when I start, and to monitor.

 After a readjusting week: - 2Lbs. 184 Lbs. I am still in the adjusting phase and did not start a strict diet, nor exercise. But I reduced my food intake and ate very healthy, even if too much.
