August/September 2021

We navigate this dystopian world....
August:
I considerably increased my regular exercise: walk every day and increased the number of steps (8000/d), weekly yoga class, with some Pilates.
I also increased a bit my portions, I am slowly going back to being able to swallow better, and do not dream of miso soup every day. I eat conscientiously, very clean and healthy.
I do intermittent fasting: eat early in the evening (6-7 pm), then tea, coffee in the morning and early lunch (11.30-12 h). My 2 meals are around 400-500 cal, lot of veggies, salads, proteins, fruits, fish, low carbs, low dairy, lot of drinks, herbs (tea/coffee, water, seltzer, kombucha...)
If I can still lose 1 Lbs/week in the future, it would be perfect,  stabilizing under 150 (still 15 Lbs to lose), with a BMI<25
August 1st: 163 Lbs 
August 8: 162 Lbs (161 on August 9; I hope I will pass soon in the 150's...) BMI= 26.8
August 15: 161 Lbs
End of August: 161 Lbs
Typical lunch: kimchi, green salad/poached egg, half a grapefruit. All natural and organic. 


 

September:

Weighted myself just after Yom Kippur (Sept 15): 162 Lbs and this morning, Sept 20: 163 Lbs. 

I did a pretty good job during those vacations ! Mostly because I continue the alternative fasting, I guess.
