Sept 17: 169 Lbs. What a remarquable stability !!! But it's time to move down again to the bottom.... Did a long hour walk today to Van Ness and back.
Sept 18: 169 Lbs Today, first class of Pilates. I am all pain, we worked the lower body. My legs hurt !
Sept 19: 168 Lbs. I am so proud of myself !
Sept 20: 169 Lbs  (not quite fixed...) Second class of Pilates tonight with another coach: she is a dancer and I absolutely love it !
Sept 21: 168 Lbs Wednesday. 
Sept 22: 168 Lbs
Sept 23: 168 Lbs
Sept 24: 169 Lbs. Core class this morning. I already feel more toned and flexible, good. (I had two big dinners, with tiny bites of sweet, and that's enough for increasing the weight...:( )

September 2016

It is now time for an update, my son left at the end of the week.
Today, Saturday September 3, I jumped on my scale back:
169 Lbs. That 's bad. I knew it, but the finding is awful. I gained 6.5 Lbs.
So, back on track, slowly since I have to finish all the bad stuff I still have around (It should be fine soon)
