Hopefully, I will control myself and continue losing slowly.
One positive point is that I become more flexible and better at the gym and dance classes.

So, Latkes, potato pancakes, are 60 cal/each
Half this simple donut is 120 cal (240 cal the whole)
Small glass of wine and green salad are total of 180 cal
The whole dinner was 480 cal.
December 18: 177 Lbs. I think I am stuck for a while because I indulge a tiny bit because of the Holidays. It is not a disaster, but it immediately stops my weight loss.
