January 5, 2016: 181 Lbs. Little victory :)
January 16, 2016: 181 Lbs. Very constant (and not going down at all)
Came back from vacations in the Middle East; Gained 6 Lbs.
Then got the Flu... and lost 6 Lbs.
February 14 th, Valentine's day: 181 Lbs.
February 20: 180 Lbs.
I am dreaming of getting back to 179 Lbs !!! It sounds so difficult !
February 21st: Spa World with total body scrub and massage, jaccuzzi, steam sauna...
February 28: 182 Lbs. Everything is just falling apart, I feel like I am going to explode. My belly is just a fat, obese thing, and I am desperate. I gained so much weight, I am not even sure that my scale is right. What should I do ????
