Last week of April

It is Passover this week, with no bread and no flour eating....
Hope it will be fine to sustain the continuation of my weight loss :)

Sunday: 170 Lbs
Did a long 3 hours hike in the woods (env 3 miles, 5 km)




 Monday: 170 Lbs
With the nice weather, I started again to walk, I am so happy ! 
Here the loop at work today...

Tuesday: 170 Lbs
Wednesday: 169 Lbs (169.9 actually, always brushing against 170...)
Thursday :  169 Lbs (169.8)
I walked every day, 3 days in a raw, loop (2 miles, flat) or hike (3 miles, ups and downs)  It has been 2 weeks around 170 Lbs now. It's like if my body is firmly resisting losing more. If I increase my cardio and exercise, I am way more hungry and crave for carbs. I am starving every day in the evenings. I try to limit my diners, but could easily eat three times more ! I did not have sugar (added or sweets) since almost two months now. And very limited carbs and fat (except for these last days, I had some in the evening). I am desperate, I would like so much to continue losing ! my objective is 150 (ultimately 145) and I am still 20 Lbs away from that....:( :(
Friday, before the Passover festival: 168 Lbs !!! (I lost 15 Lbs now)

April 2016

I feel again on a plateau, I am hungry all the time and fight myself not to over eat. I know it's kinda a new step, to go under 170. But it looks like so difficult again ! I lost tracking of exercising. Mainly because the weather is so nasty ! I would love to go walking, hiking, biking, or even kayaking, but it's definitely for the SUMMER !
Meanwhile, I still need to lose 20 Lbs......
But, I have been good on the sugar, and do not eat sweet, favoring proteins and vegetables....



So, Monday, April 11: 170 Lbs
Tuesday: 170 Lbs
Wednesday: 171Lbs
Thursday: 169 Lbs Halleluia ! (well, 169.9)
Friday: 170 Lbs (well was a too early Halleluia....)
Saturday: 170 Lbs.
Again, a week of plateau, without improvement; I know why. Because I was so hungry all week long, specifically in the evenings. I ate a lot more in quantity, but not necessarily badly. I did not have sugar at all. It's quite a stabilization diet kind. 
I know I have to increase my work outs, lighten my diners and focus more on proteins and green salads now. So difficult to lose weight !(sight)

Still waiting for a better weather; It's horrible outside, grey, rain, cold, then warn and rain again. In the mood for going biking, or to take a long hike through the woods....
