I feel again on a plateau, I am hungry all the time and fight myself not to over eat. I know it's kinda a new step, to go under 170. But it looks like so difficult again ! I lost tracking of exercising. Mainly because the weather is so nasty ! I would love to go walking, hiking, biking, or even kayaking, but it's definitely for the SUMMER !
Meanwhile, I still need to lose 20 Lbs......
But, I have been good on the sugar, and do not eat sweet, favoring proteins and vegetables....
So, Monday, April 11: 170 Lbs
Tuesday: 170 Lbs
Wednesday: 171Lbs
Thursday: 169 Lbs Halleluia ! (well, 169.9)
Friday: 170 Lbs (well was a too early Halleluia....)
Saturday: 170 Lbs.
Again, a week of plateau, without improvement; I know why. Because I was so hungry all week long, specifically in the evenings. I ate a lot more in quantity, but not necessarily badly. I did not have sugar at all. It's quite a stabilization diet kind.
I know I have to increase my work outs, lighten my diners and focus more on proteins and green salads now. So difficult to lose weight !(sight)
