Today, Friday May 6, 167 Lbs, it has been 2 months of dieting; I lost 16 Lbs.
Still BMI in the 28. When I look at myself, of course I feel better and look much better in the mirror. However, still need to lose 20 more Lbs (get down to 146 Lbs to be at BMI= 25). A long way to go....
