It looks like Spring is finally coming ! Long walks in the woods, some little exercise home, more fruits, vegetables, drinks.....

I am still plateauing at 166 Lbs. But I know it's going to change down at one point. My BMI is still over 28...Hang on there, dear :)
Some fruits I found at the supermarket. I have no idea what it could be !
Tuesday May 23: 166 Lbs

Thursday: 166 Lbs
Wednesday and Thursday, I started again to walk one hour during lunch time in the woods. I know my body answered because I have some muscle pain !
Friday: 166 Lbs
Saturday: 166 Lbs
Sunday: 166 Lbs
Here a fruit plate that I ate in the afternoon.... it was so good ! Otherwise, still no sugar (added, no sweet, cakes or so) and I try to be reasonable, even if I have a tendency to have eaten more, recently. I hope with the heat the portions will reduce by themselves....
