November 2016

Little Result:
Nov 1st: 173 Lbs
BMI: 29
Measurements:
waist: 85 cm
hips: 100 cm
breast: 104 cm
I am far away of being the slim dancer....:(
I visited the gym at work today: they have a nice big room with mirrors and barres all around, and they close at 8 pm.  Given that most of people are gone at that time, I might end having the room for my dance practice for myself ! Unfortunately I won't have access (free) until I am a complete employee (January or February 2017)
Nov 2: 171 Lbs. Was easy, I did not eat dinner yesterday night.
Fantastic dance work-out...
Nov 3: 171 Lbs. Big day, but I managed to go to the dance class in the evening and to eat light after....
Nov 4: 172 Lbs. Got a full day of parties, so difficult to navigate that way. I don't know what to do. Well, I played the "bites" game and tested only bites of sweets. It's better than diving, but still not completely complying with the zero sugar program....
Nov 5: 172 Lbs. Pilates class today, with a personal trainer for one hour: going to work on a tailored program to shape my abs....light day for food.
Saturday lunch
Nov 6: 172 Lbs. Pilates class in the morning
Nov 7: 173 Lbs. big full week, so going to the gym/dance only at the end of the week.
Nov 8-> 20: I was so much turning around and travelling, that I lost track of everything....Will be back
December 3, 2016: 
Here I am back. Not proud. This morning 175 Lbs. I really have to make some progress, that's the less I can say. And entering the holiday season is not the best.
