October 2016

October has started with the Jewish High Holidays, so I guess the best is to take a little break here....
Meanwhile, going to the gym regularly.
Hopefully everything will be back to routine soon :)


October 15, 2015: I got all my dance clothing. This morning, I was 170 Lbs. It's time to stop the expansion !
Going to gym classes regularly and I particularly love the class with a dancer teacher. So, the plan is: to lose 10 kg, 22 Lbs. Continue going to the dance classes (floor barre).. Just thinking loudly: I must stop sugar again, and concentrate on healthy good and tasty things, such as Asian food that I love (miso and egg drop soups, sushi or Pho for lunch, edamame, soymilk and seaweed for snacks...) Yep, I am now in dance mode....

Almost the end of the month, always totally starving in the evening and craving for carbs. I try to limit but can't. Very loyal to the gym/dance studio, that 's the good point fortunately :)
October 31: 173 Lbs. last weeks have been crazy, I have been eating erratically.  I am starting a zero sugar/healthy protein diet again. I am motivated by my dance classes. On this weight that I gained, there is probably some weight coming from the muscular gain, that could count for one Lbs. But also, some hormonal craziness that I see in others too. Patience....
