May starts at 173 Lbs. I continue my dance classes with assiduity. At least, my routine is healthy, even if my eating will always be erratic !
Typical breakfast: whole cereals with soymilk, a fruit, a coffee
Typical Shabat dinner: tomato soup, green salad with mushrooms, asparagus with lemon sauce. And a desert of course, berries generally.
End of May: 178 Lbs. I have been hosting my aunt, we went from breakfasts to dinners, snacks, celebrations, bakeries and pizza, skipping the gym. I am not surprised by the results. So, June will be austere.
