June 2017

Starting at 178 Lbs.
June 9: 176 Lbs. I have increased my exercise and added a Yoga class on Wednesday nights, on the top of two dance classes on Tuesday and Thursday and Pilates on Sunday. I think I cannot do more.
June 10: 175 Lbs.
