After months of inactivity, eating disorders and complete down of everything I was trying to achieve.....
Starting end of September 2017. I jumped on my scale and found 187 Lbs. I have been gaining more than 10 Lbs this Summer.
September 28: 186 Lbs. No exercise, nothing. Starting slowly to get back to being healthy again. It will take months and months.....
October 5: still 186 Lbs. Doesn't look like something is moving down....Started yoga this Wednesday, and going back to the gym.

October 10: 185 Lbs
October 15: 184 Lbs
I cooked for the week on Sunday: big pot of vegetable soup, pasta with vegetables. First day of returning to the ballet classes: first barre of the season ! it was epic ! I suffered a lot....
October 21: 183 Lbs
I have been very serious about my diet recently. Food, exercise, portions....But it looks like I cannot lose more than a Lbs a week.... I just cooked a whole cauliflower for the week, and a big pot of mini artichokes.
I am also back to regularly exercising, including dance barre three times a week, plus yoga and Pilates (so five hours a week) I evaluated the extend of the disaster to having 35 to 40 Lbs to lose. But, if I lose 20 already, it should already be much better.
So, first objective is 162 Lbs, then 143 Lbs, final goal !
My favorite machine at the gym: work on thighs resistance.
October 23: still 183 Lbs. I really eat very little and exercise, so I have difficulty to understand why it is not going down faster. At this pace, it will take me a year to lose 40 Lbs !!!!
October 26: 183 Lbs. My weight oscillates between 183-184. It looks like it will take years for me to lose a little weight; I do not eat sugar anymore (since almost a month) and have a very managed diet with lot of vegetables, some fruits, small portions and healthy habits back. I feel very demotivated.
But I really enjoy my exercise 5 times a week !
Tuesday night: Pilates; Wednesday night: yoga; Thursday night : barre; Friday afternoon: barre; Sunday morning: barre.
October 29: 182 Lbs. I am going to finish this month 4 lbs lighter, meaning it will be difficult for me to lose more than a pound a week. Projecting myself entering the Holiday season still in a way too high range is scaring me (best scenario, will be 178 end of Nov and 174 end of Dec)
October 31: 183 Lbs.
