May 2019

May is again loaded with parties and Jewish holiday celebrations. Hard to keep tracking and be in a routine, which I think is the best to lose weight efficiently.
Beginning of May: 172 Lbs. I am kinda on a plateau.
I made a huge step forward and registered to the gym at work again for free entrance anytime: big machines and material, mats, barres and whatever I need. 
I started on May 9 with my first, simple barre. I was so out of shape ! I sweated a lot, and have a huge limitation with my right leg, and right hip. I know it since a while already, but it looks like it worsened. No arabesque that side and event plies are difficult...
I will do my best, work on my flexibility (I can still bend and touch the floor with my hands flat), my cardio, my stretching and extensions, the arms, and the movements and grace ! Still enjoyable with a good piano piece.
Of course, if I only could lose 30 more Lbs !
 Mid-May: 171 Lbs (170 Lbs on May 18). I am hanging out with ballet classes. It is hard...
End of May: 171-2 Lbs. I feel I am at a maintenance level :(
