The "flatten the curve" for 15 days became an endless lock down jail time, and the stress inflicted by my work under pressure (producing 4 more for the same time and salary) resulted in a culmination of 195 Lbs. (!!) I weighted myself this morning. It is probably the first time in my entire life that I am so heavy.
Fortunately, we now have nothing fancy planned in the horizon and I am currently finishing all the food I had stocked in my kitchen. Next step will be to re-stock with Asian products and fresh vegetables and fruits, fish, chicken, quinoa and seed/nuts. Going back to healthy basics. And hopefully will be able to slowly lose this layer of insanity.
January 10: 192 Lbs, I have lost 3 Lbs in a week. The first 10 days are always like that, I feel less bloated, and I see immediate results.
January 20: 189 Lbs. I lost 6 Lbs ! I know it is now going to slow down
January 31: 188 Lbs. 7 Lbs lost in a month. I wish I can continue to lose at least 5 Lbs a month !!!
February 15: 187 Lbs. Just catched up after the birthday ups and downs !
February 28: 186 Lbs. Slow end of the month, but still on track.
