My body firmly resists to losing more weight.
Despite a very strict and honest protein diet with no sugar at all, I did not lose one pound this week.
I am desperately at the same weight, variations are from 0.8 to 0.2 lb... So, third week of diet: big failure.
I know I have to increase my cardio activity and work outs. However, I have been following my one other day 10 min abs and plank, and a long walk a week.
I have been going this week through a 24 hours fast, many parties where I have been surprising myself (purim party where I did not taste one Hamantashen, farewell party where I did not have my usual beer and nachos, diner party with only steamed light mini dumplings, going out with no drinks, only sparkling water, Easter party with no chocolate, no desert) that was a LOT of challenges. I succeeded on all of them. And the reward is so disappointing !!!!
I am desperate, really. 10 days at the same weight is way too long and not normal at all considering what I eat (probably around 1200 cal a day, I don't really count). Even if I know it's a plateau, it has been a very long plateau.....
Time to lose again !!!!
Monday: 174 Lbs
Tuesday: 174 Lbs
Wednesday: 173 Lbs
Just a note: I finally lost 10 Lbs. That was the first step of my 3 steps of loss. On my way now for the second set of 10 Lbs. I know it will take time.....
Thursday: 172 Lbs !!
Friday: 172 Lbs
