First week of protein diet no sugar: a big success !!! done, and already lost 6 Lbs.
I am of course, not expecting that speed to the end, but at least, I feel not bloated and much better. I am not hungry, enjoy good meals, don't crave for sugar (as far as I don't see anything I like around)

Magnifique ! Quelle belle perte depuis ton poids du dimanche 6 mars ! C'est très encourageant alors surtout tiens bon. D'ailleurs bravo d'avoir résisté au dessert chez ton amie Liliane hier soir !^^
