March 4: 176 Lbs. My weight is already on a plateau ! I cannot believe after all my strict discipline. My only failure in 15 days was half a bagel with a little bit of cream cheese (something like 200 cal) and 2 squares of dark chocolate (80 cal) with my banana for a snack, twice. Otherwise, I strictly follow the vegan diet started couple weeks ago. Today for example, I had cereals and soymilk and a clementine for breakfast, a banana for a snack, a big green salad, a small bowl of soup, some steamed asparagus, and a kiwi for dinner. It illustrates pretty well what I generally have every day.
March 10: 175 Lbs at last !!!! I thought I was stuck at a fix weight.
What a long way to lose 1 Lbs.
